- The base is measured to a hundredth of a gram. That precision is why a repeat order six months from now shows the same values as the first batch.
- Raw material
- Before anything is processed, raw materials are tested for purity.
- Per batch
- Nicotine content and emissions are analysed per batch. Nicotine content is checked daily.
- Traceability
- Full traceability from raw material to shipped batch: which substances went in and which checks were run.
- Standard
- Production to the ISO 9001 standard, inside a TÜV-certified quality management system.
Analysis and production, all on one site
With GC-MS and HPLC we determine in detail which substances an e-liquid contains. The puffing machine measures e-cigarette emissions, the measurements you need for the emission reports European legislation requires.
Because the lab sits at the same site as our production facility, adjustments can be made during a production run instead of afterwards.
